I have never been overseas, and from a place like Australia, to be in Europe is far, far away from any friends or relatives. With your hospitality and a heart full of kindness you erased any nerves, or insecurities I had when coming to Firenze. You showed me every step I needed to take to get to the many places I wanted to go. The accommodation was perfect for a 17 year old student like me. I could cook, relax and enjoy myself watching Italian T.V with the comfort like as if I was at home. I hope that your next big decision will be a success, I’m sure it will be! I look forward in seeing you someday in Australia. I will try and spread the word in Melbourne about Donatello’s BB as much as I can, as it deserves a “choker blocked” schedule or reservations. I wish to thank you, once again, for another memorable stay in wonderful Florence.
Donatello Bed and Breakfast is now my home away from home. My room is so comfortable, efficient and so typically Italian right down to the handmade curtains. Thank you for so many king tips in the gourmet kitchen. As marvellous as the restaurants are in Florence it‘s so nice to have a home.
