» What time is check in and check out?
Check out is at 10am. There is no set time for check in but we ask that you kindly inform us of your expected time of arrival.

» Is there a left luggage room?
Yes, there is a place where you can store your luggage on the day of your departure.

» Can I cook dinner in the kitchen as well as have breakfast there?
Yes, by all means. The common kitchen is for the guests’ use so you can use the kitchen at the Donatello Bed & Breakfast Florence at anytime and save money.

» Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included though tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are available to the guests every day.

» Is the internet point free?
Yes, there is wi-fi in the rooms and a computer with free internet use in the kitchen.

» Are there any buses which go to the centre?
Yes, the bus numbers 17, 33, 11, 20, 13, 7, 10 all run from near the Donatello Bed & Breakfast and go right to the centre.

» Do I have to pay at the time of booking?
No. Your credit card details will be taken as a guarantee but you will not pay until you arrive at the bed & breakfast.

» Will I be given my own key?
Yes, on arrival you will be given your own set of keys for maximum independence.
